Allows you to have your tools where you need them.  Constructed of 18 oz RipStop Vinyl, and free from plastic or elastic.  Features a full-length, heavy-duty zippered compartment, twin Velcro pull over securing straps, grab handle on lead end, all metal hardware, and heavy-duty webbing.  Comes standard with HYDRANT label. Also available with Velcro closures instead of YKK zipper closure (Velcro available in Yellow).
